LEADERS
The Adventure WV Leadership Staff is the backbone of the Adventure WV program. Each year we invite 15-20 new staff to join our Leadership Training program and Summer Leadership Team. Trip Leading for Adventure WV is an exciting and rewarding summer experience!! And you get paid to do it!
How Do I Become A Leader?
- The first step is to submit an application, which can be downloaded here . For best consideration please submit your application to the Adventure WV office by October 16, 2009.
- Once we have reviewed all applications, those who qualify will be invited to attend an interview session.
- Upon completion of interviews we will invite the top applicants to participate in our 3-credit Leadership Training course in the spring semester (Leadership in Experiential Education).
- Those who successfully complete the Leader Training will be assigned to the appropriate position with our Summer Leadership Team.
What are the qualifications?
- 3.0 GPA
- Must be WVU student
