Dave Neumann

Name: Dave Neumann (aka Fifo)
Class year: Sophomore
Major: Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Resources
Hometown: Cincinnati, Ohio

Bio: Dave enjoys backpacking, rock climbing, rappelling, whitewater rafting and kayaking. David is currently on the Climbing Wall Staff for the indoor rock wall at the Student Recreation Center. He is also a member of the WVU wrestling team.

Gin Garton

Name: Gin Garton
Class year: Sophomore
Major: Public Relations/ Political Science
Hometown: York, PA

Bio: Gin was an Explore WV participant in 2004. She's been sky diving, whitewater rafting on the New and Cheat Rivers and spent last spring break backpacking around Moab, Utah with the WVU Outdoor Recreation Center. She will be leading the ORC's trip to Big Bend Texas over winter break this year.

Traci Liebig

Name: Traci Liebig
Class year: Graduated
Major: Business Management
Hometown: Bridgeport, WV

Bio: My biggest outdoor passion is skiing, but I also took up snowboarding to compete with my older brother. I love doing community service. My favorite recent service project was helping with the Caritas' House Sweets for the Sweet dessert tasting, because I got to eat as much dessert as I wanted!

Jessica Neff

Name: Jessica Neff
Class year: 2nd year graduate student
Major: Masters in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Resources
Hometown: State College, PA

Bio: Jess got her undergraduate degree from Penn State University and is working on her masters in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Resources at WVU. She is active in the Air Force Reserves, enjoys running, and loves spending free time in the outdoors.




Kevin Shon

Name: Kevin Shon
Class year: Senior
Major: Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Resources with a concentration in outdoor/experiential education
Hometown: Manassas, VA

Bio: When not leading trips, Kevin can be found out and about running with his yellow lab "Keely", boating down the New River, or climbing at various places around the West Virginia area. When you see Kevin around campus, don't forget to give him a big "hang loose" or "surf's up".

Greg Corio

Name: Greg Corio, Adventure WV Program Coordinator Sr.
Class year: WVU Alumni
Major: Masters from WVU in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Resources
Hometown: Grafton, WV

Bio: Greg has both his BA and MS degree from WVU's Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Resources Program. He has been teaching in the field of Experiential Education for eight years. When not leading trips with his partner "Happy-the black lab", he can be found sea kayaking, ice climbing, backpacking, and just about any other outdoor activity you can think of.

Forrest Schwartz

Name: Forrest Schwartz, Adventure WV Program Manager
Class year: WVU Alumni
Major: Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Resources
Hometown: Morgantown, WV

Bio: Forrest received a B.S. in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Resources at WVU in 2001, and has just graduated with a Master's degree in recreation with an emphasis in adventure-based counseling and experiential education. He enjoys rock climbing, kayaking, backpacking, and anything snow oriented...basically anything outside!! When not playing outside Forrest can be found drumming with local bands and eating at the Black Bear.

Mike Wynn

Name: Mike Wynn
Class year: WVU Alumni
Major: Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Resources
Hometown: Chester, WV (Home to the world's largest teapot)

Bio: Mike enjoys reading romance novels while in the woods. He is very active in the outdoors with climbing at the New River gorge and rafting. When he's not reading about love or playing in the woods Mike likes to dance in the rain.

Lindsey Kutsko

Name: Lindsey Kutsko
Class year: WVU Alumni
Major: Journalism
Hometown: Somewhere in Ohio

Bio: Lindsey has worked as a raft guide at Class VI whitewater on the New River and loves any outdoor sport involving water. She is very active on campus with activities such as Mountaineer Week. During the school year she works at Puglionis. She graduated in December 2006 and is currently looking for a job. Update: She got a job at Snowshoe Resort!!
