Spring Break Florida
Chill out this Spring Break with a sun-filled, fun-filled time in Florida!

We're road trippin' south! This epic adventure includes kayaking, snorkeling, swimming
and camping at Florida’s beautiful beaches, island keys and freshwater springs.
Destinations include the Anhinga Trail in the Everglades National Park, the lower
Florida Keys (with an evening spent in Key West!), Bahia Honda State Park and Alexander
Springs in the Ocala National Forest.
- Length: 11 days (March 13th -22nd, 2026)
- Cost: 625.00 (travel, activity & camping equipment, and most meals included)
We have new payment options!
- To help provide more flexiblity, students can now elect to pay a $95.00 initial deposit to secure their spot on the trip. This fee becomes non-refundable 30 days before our departure date.
- The remaining balance can then be paid over time, alleviating the need to pay the full amount upfront.
- Students will have the option to post their remaining balances to either their student account via a STAR Charge or opt into a periodic payment plan through our WVUGo platform.
- Both these options are subject to payment deadlines and other criteria.
- Payment deadline for Florida Spring Break is Friday, February 13th.

| 3 | Drive to Everglades and Biscayne National Park and camp in Big Pine Key, FL. |
| 4 | Kayak day trip in the Keys. |
| 5 | Bahia Honda State Park beach time in morning. Scheduled snorkel tour in the afternoon. |
| 6 | Free time to explore in Key West, dinner on your own, sunset at Mallory Square. |
| 7 | Fun recreational activities in the Keys! |
| 8 | Drive to Alexander Springs Recreation Area and camp. |
| 9 | Depart for WV. Camp in Charlotte Area. |
| 10 | Return to WV, Cleaning & Trip Close. |
