Guided Program Experiences

• In order to participate in our guided programs and activities, participants must complete the appropriate waivers and medical information forms. All participants must review, complete and sign these forms.
• Participants under the age of 18 will need a parental/guardian signature. Once completed, forms may be given to a staff representative at the beginning of your adventure. Participation is contingent upon completion of these forms, as well as successful review and screening of the forms by an authorized staff member.

Guided Program Experiences

• A staff member will meet you in the parking lot whenever you arrive.
• We encourage individuals participating in our Guided Program Experiences to arrive at least 15 minutes early. This will help ensure participants have time to use the bathroom, complete paperwork and ask questions prior to the start of each program.
• Once paperwork has been complete and reviewed, a staff person will guide participants to the program orientation area. This is a short walk from the parking area.
• Trained guides and facilitators will then conduct an orientation prior to the activity. This is the perfect time to ask questions and ensure you understand the activity entirely. All gear is provided and no prior experience is necessary.
