Welcome Week Adventure Activity Check-in Times & Locations
If you are under the age of 18 (on the day of your program), you and
your parent/guardian will need to fill out the Adventure WV waiver and other
relevant 3rd party forms prior to your program. Please bring it to the check
in station the day of your program. If you do not have this form completed,
you will be unable to participate on your chosen program and reassigned elsewhere.

Evansdale Check-Ins
Check-in will occur just in front of the
WVU Outdoor Rec Center
, which is located inside the WVU Student Rec Center. Look for the Adventure/Service
signs
Hiking at Coopers Rock
Check-in: 3:45 p.m.
Est. Return: 7:00 p.m.
Required Footwear: Closed toe shoes
WVU Indoor Climbing Wall
Check-in: 3:45 p.m.
Est. Return: 7:00 p.m.
Required Footwear: Climbing shoes provided
Note: Check-in for this activity will be held at the WVU
Indoor Climbing Wall, located inside the WVU Student Rec Center
Aerial Adventure & Zipline
Check-in: 4:15 p.m.
Est. Return: 8:30 p.m.
Required Footwear: Closed toe shoes
Kayaks & Paddleboards
Check-in: 4:45 p.m.
Est. Return: 7:00 p.m.
Required Footwear: Closed toe shoes or sandals with
a backstrap - no flip flops
Note: Check-in for this activity will be held at the
Morgantown Adventure Outfitters location. Exit from
the Walnut Station if using the PRT.
