Adventure, Rafting & Caving Form Instructions:
Students signing up for adventure options during Welcome Week may need to complete additional forms.If you have signed up for a program that utilizes a third party organization such
as whitewater rafting or caving, you will need to complete the paperwork specific
to that organization. Check your registration confirmation to be sure you complete
the correct form.
These third party forms will be needed by all students. Failure to complete these
forms may result in forfeiture of your spot.
If you will be under 18 years of age on the day of your Welcome Week experience,
you will need parental signature on all forms. This includes caving and rafting forms
and the Adventure WV form. The Adventure WV form is required for all activities
sponsored by Adventure WV.

To cancel your registration, please follow the below steps:
If you have any questions about this process, please contact us at AdventureWV@mail.wvu.edu.Please be aware that once you cancel your registration you may not get your spot back if the program is full or has a waitlist.- Log-in to your account on WVUGo via the "Sign In" button on the upper right of the page.
- Access your profile page by clicking on your username on the upper right of the page, then clicking on the "Profile" button.
- On the left side, select the "Program Registrations" tab, and select the program registration that you would like to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel" button and confirm that you would like to cancel your registration.
